R&H Starts up Polymer Emulsions Plant in Russia

Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it has started up the first phase of production at its previously announced new manufacturing facility located at the Ramenskoye region of Moscow, Russia; and the plant will be focused on manufacturing additives for paint and coatings materials and adhesives.
