PhosAgro and Orica on track with emulsion explosives project in Russia

PhosAgro (Moscow) said today that its CEO, Andrey Guryev, met with Nick Bowen, the executive global head/mining services at Orica, to discuss the final construction stage of a previously announced emulsion explosives manufacturing complex at PhosAgro’s Apatit mining and production facility in Murmansk Region, Kola Peninsula, Russia. The meeting took place as part of a visit by Orica’s delegation to the construction site.    The agreement to build the 70,000-m.t./year emulsion explosives production facility was signed in 2013...
