Nizhnekamskneftekhim starts work on polyolefins complex, replaces general director

Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNK; Nizhnekamsk), a leading Russian producer of petrochemicals and part of the local TAIF Group (Kazan), says it has begun work on a previously announced polyolefins complex.   Ineos Technologies is providing its process for the two PE plants: the Innovene G process for a swing gas-phase plant producing linear low-density and high-density polyethylene (HDPE); and the Innovene S slurry process for the production of mono- and bimodal HDPE.
