Regions :: Eastern Europe :: Russia Nalco and Lukoil Form Chemicals and Services JV in Western Siberia2:26 AM MST | December 3, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Nalco says it has formed a joint venture with Lukoil (Moscow), Russia's largest oil company, to provide chemicals and services in western Siberia. The jv, OOO Kogalym Chemicals Plant (Kogalym, Russia), will be majority owned by Nalco, and will increase its initial output from 4,000 m.t./year to 28,000 m.t./year by 2015. It will provide Lukoil production facilities in Western Siberia with Nalco's upstream chemical technologies and services, including well stimulation and cementing additives, as well as oil field production and enhanced oil recovery programs...
