Lukoil Plans Petchem Complex Based on Caspian Sea Gas

Lukoil (Moscow), Russia’s largest oil and gas group with revenues exceeding $60 billion/year, says its Lukoil Neftekhim chemicals subsidiary is close to completing a study to construct a multibillion-dollar petrochemical complex in southern Russia.
