Jotun opens paints and coatings plant in Russia

Jotun (Sandefjord, Norway) has completed construction of a paints and coatings plant at the industrial park in St. Petersburg, Russia. The plant, occupying a surface area of 9 hectares, is designed to produce 12 million litres/year of liquid paints and 3,600 m.t./year of powder coatings. The company invested 1.7 billion Russian rubles ($47.1 million) in the new manufacturing facilities.
