IFC to Provide $20 Million to Russian Chemical Firm for Cleaner Production Projects

International Finance Corporation (IFC; Washington), a member of the World Bank group, says it has agreed to provide KuibyshevAzot (Togliatti, Russia), a chemicals manufacturer, with a $20 million loan to help it finance new energy efficiency and cleaner production projects.
