Huntsman Forms PU JV in Russia

Hankins: Focus on developing regions. Huntsman says it has established a new joint venture, ZAO Huntsman (Obninsk, Russia), with polyurethane (PU) manufacturer NMG (Obninsk). Terms were not disclosed.
