Huntsman Acquires Remaining Ownership of Russian Polyurethane JV

Huntsman has acquired the remaining ownership of its Russian joint venture Huntsman NMG (Obninsk, Russia). The company now has complete ownership of the jv. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
