The new ammonia plant is expected to become operation by the end of 2014. The plant will be located at a site in Veliky Novgorod where an ammonia plant was under construction in the late 1980’s but due to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the construction of the plant was put on hold, Haldor Topsoe says.
