Evonik and Sibur Study PO Plant in Russia

Evonik Industries and Sibur (Moscow) say they have agreed to launch a feasibility study for a joint venture project to build a propylene oxide (PO) plant and a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) unit to supply the Russian market. The study is scheduled for completion in the next few months to determine possible locations and size.
