EU Removes Dumping Measures on Potash Imports from Russia and Belarus

The lifting of European Union (EU) antidumping measures on imports of potash from Russia and Belarus is not expected to damage the EU potash industry because of strong demand and rising prices in international potash markets. "Due to the currently very good overall state of the market, we believe that the effects on operating business will be moderate," says K+S (Kassel, Germany) official Michael Wudonig, speaking on behalf of the European Potash Producers Association (APEP).
