Dow and Rusnano Sign Cooperation Agreement

Dow Chemical says it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (Rusnano; Moscow) to evaluate potential cooperation in fast-growing areas such as energy efficiency, infrastructure, light-weight materials, and life sciences.
