Dow Signs MOI with Gazprom for Potential Petrochem Complex

Dow Chemical says it has signed a memorandum of intent with the world's largest gas producer Gazprom (Moscow) and Gazprom's petchem subsidiary Sibur (Moscow) to evaluate potential opportunities using Russia's natural gas capacity.
