Belarus and China agree on soda ash joint venture

Belarus and China have agreed to form a joint venture to construct a soda ash plant in Belarus, Belarus’s minister of architecture and construction, Anatoly Nichkasov, told media on Friday. The plant would be the first such facility in Belarus.
