Air Liquide Links with Mikron for Russian Fab

Air Liquide has signed two contracts with chip maker Mikron JSC (Moscow)—a long-term agreement for the supply of carrier gases, as well as the sale of equipment and the turnkey installation of electronic specialty gases for Mikron’s 200mm facility at Zelenograd, Russia. Financial details were not disclosed.
