Air Liquide Links with Mikron for Russian Fab

Air Liquide has signed two contracts with chip maker Mikron JSC (Moscow)—a long-term agreement for the supply of carrier gases, as well as the sale of equipment and the turnkey installation of electronic specialty gases for Mikron’s 200mm facility at Zelenograd, Russia.
