Sibur and Gazprom sign gas processing agreement to boost petchem feedstock supply

Sibur (Moscow) and Gazprom Neft announced today that they have signed an agreement for the construction of a new gas processing plant (GPP) to process 900 million cubic meters/year of associated petroleum gas (APG) at the Yuzhno-Priobskaya compressor station in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous region in Russia. The GPP is designed to have liquids recovery ratio of at least 95%, in line with global practices, Sibur says. The project will be implemented by an equally owned joint venture, Yuzhno-Priobskiy GPP; and the owner of the Yuzhno-Priobskaya compressor station...
