Regions :: Eastern Europe :: Poland Lurgi Builds Hydrogen Plant in Poland9:01 AM MDT | October 16, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Lurgi says it has signed an €80-million ($112.8 million) contract with Grupa Lotus (GdaÅ„sk, Poland) to build a hydrogen plant at GdaÅ„sk. The unit will have capacity to produce 7 m.t./hour of hydrogen. It will have feedstock flexibility allowing the use of natural gas, naphtha, and liquefied petroleum gas. Completion is scheduled for the second half of 2009.
