Flaga Acquires Royal Dutch Shell's Polish LPG Distribution Business

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and energy holding company UGI Corp. (Valley Forge, PA) says its subsidiary, Flaga GmbH (Leoben, Austria), has acquired Shell Gas Polska, Royal Dutch Shell’s LPG distribution business in Poland. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal more than doubles Flaga’s LPG distribution volumes, to about 130 million gallons.
