European Commission refers Poland to court for failure to comply with laws on F-gases

The European Commission has decided to refer Poland to the European Union's Court of Justice for failing to notify the commission about what penalties have been put in place in the event that EU rules on fluorinated gases (F-gases) are not observed. Poland has also not yet notified the national certification bodies that should train and certify the relevant service personnel and service companies, the commission says.
