Avantor Completes Polish Acquisition

Avantor Performance Materials has completed the acquisition of lab chemicals company Poch S.A. (Gliwice, Poland) from Kulczyk Holding (Warsaw), a private equity firm, the company says. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Poch makes lab chemicals, including solvents and liquids, for a variety of markets, such as chemical companies, research labs and pharmaceuticals.   "Poch is a perfect fit for Avantor because it strengthens our capabilities in Eastern Europe with its expansive manufacturing presence and distribution facility already in place,"...
