Acron raises stake in Polish chemicals major Grupa Azoty

Russian fertilizer producer Acron (Velikii Novgorod), through its Norica Holding subsidiary, has raised its stake in Grupa Azoty (Tarnów), the major chemicals player in Poland to 20%, Acron announced today.
