Acron Extends Bid for Tarnów; Poland Not Keen to Sell to Acron

Acron Group (Velikii Novgorod, Russia) announced today that it hasextended its offer to acquire a majority share in Poland’s leading chemicals maker ZakÅ‚ady Azotowe w Tarnowie-MoÅ›cicach (Tarnów, Poland) by one week to July 13, 2012.
