Grupa Azoty reports lower sales and earnings, placed on Poland's strategic enterprises list

 Grupa Azoty (Tarnów), Poland’s leading chemical enterprise reports a major decline in second quarter net profit and Ebitda. Net profit fell to 86 million Polish zloty ($27.4 million) from Zl 360 million in the corresponding period of 2013. Ebitda was down 57%, to Zl 239 million. Ebitda adjusted for gain on the purchase of Grupa Azoty Puławy was down 16%.
