Polish firm completes IPO

Polyols producer PCC Rokita (Brzeg Dolny, Poland) says it has completed an initial public offering that generated 98.3 million zloty. The offering raised Zl 52.4 million from the sale of newly issued shares and Zl 45.9 million from the sale of existing shares by PCC Rokita's parent, PCC Group (Duisburg, Germany). PCC Rokita shares will be traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. About 15% of the company's share capital will be listed.
