Reports: Borealis among bidders to acquire Croatia fertilizer producer

Borealis is among the three remaining bidders to acquire a stake of up to 75% in state-owned fertilizer producer Petrokemija (Kutina, Croatia), Croatian press reports say. The other bidders are fertilizers, phosphates, and pigments producer Bige Holding (Szolnok, Hungary) and agribusiness conglomerate Agrofert (Prague), the reports say.
