Reach regulations will apply to Croatia from 1 July

Chemical companies in Croatia manufacturing or importing substances in quantities of more than 1 m.t./year need to preregister these substances with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) by 1 January 2014, following Croatia's accession to the European Union on 1 July 2013, ECHA says.
