Privatization of Croatia fertilizer firm fails to attract binding offers

The Croatian government did not receive any binding offers for a stake of up to 75% in state-owned nitrogen fertilizer producer Petrokemija (Kutina, Croatia) by a deadline of 12 March, Petrokemija says. The government received four nonbinding offers in January to acquire the stake, and a government commission created specially for the privatization selected three of the four bidders to submit binding offers.
