Regions :: Eastern Europe :: Hungary Linde to Build ASU in Hungary11:44 PM MDT | October 29, 2008 | Deepti Ramesh Linde says it will build a new air separation unit (ASU) at Hungarian chemical company BorsodChem’s (Kazincbarcika) site at Kazincbarcika, in north eastern Hungary, with an investment of about €26 million ($34 million). The ASU is part of the long-term on-site supply contract for industrial gases that Linde has signed with BorsodChem, Linde says. The new ASU is expected to come onstream in November 2010 and it will supply BorsodChem with 7,000 cu meters/hour of gaseous oxygen and nitrogen. The plant is also expected to produce liquefied oxygen... This information is only available to Chemical Week subscribers. Forgot your user ID or password?
