Isochem sells Hungary subsidiary to US fine chemical firm

Custom synthesis firm Isochem (Paris) says it has sold its Framochem (Kazincbarcika, Hungary) subsidiary and its German sales office Isochem Deutschland to fine chemicals company VanDeMark Chemical (Lockport, NY). Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Isochem says that the divestment forms part of the company's strategy to focus on core businesses, invest in organic growth, and seek potential acquisitions.
