Four bids submitted for privatization of Croatia fertilizer firm

The Croatian government has received four nonbinding offers to acquire a stake in state-owned fertilizer producer Petrokemija (Kutina, Croatia), Petrokemija says. A government commission formed to choose a strategic partner for Petrokemija selected three of the four bidders to submit binding offers in a second round of bidding. The three remaining bidders will perform due diligence on Petrokemija's operations and are due to submit their binding bids by the end of February.
