ENI sells refining and marketing business in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania to MOL Group

ENI (Rome) announced today that it has signed deals to sell its shareholdings in refining and marketing activities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania to MOL Group (Budapest). The deals include the sale of ENI’s 32.445% stake in Ceská rafinérská (CRC), a refining company based in the Czech Republic. The transfer is subject to the preemption right by Unipetrol (Prague), the other partner in CRC.    ENI has also signed further agreements to sell its subsidiaries in the three countries to MOL.
