Azelis Acquires Distributor in Serbia

Specialty chemical distributor Azelis (Antwerp) says it has completed the acquisition of Finkochem (Belgrade) for an undisclosed amount. Finkochem specializes in the sale and distribution of raw materials for the chemical, food, metallurgy, plastics, and rubber industries. The company is the second-biggest distributor in Serbia, Azelis says. Buying Finkochem will boost Azelis's business in Serbia and neighboring countries.
