Ems takes control of Eftec automotive supply business

Ems Group (Herrliberg, Switzerland) has completed the takeover of the automotive supply business in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) of Eftec (Zlin, Czech Republic), a 50-50 joint venture with D Plast (Lužkovice, Czech Republic), Ems announced today. Ems, following the deal, holds full control of the business, which has until now serviced the CEE region.
