BDP Forms Czech JV

Logistics firm BDP International (Philadelphia) says it has taken an unspecified stake in logistics firm Wakestone S.R.O. (Prague, Czech Republic), which serves the automotive, retail, and high-tech industries. Wakestone has Czech Republic offices in Prague, Liberec, Olomouc, and Pisek.
