Polyplex to Build PET Resin Plant in Turkey

Polyester films producer Polyplex (Gautam Buddh Nagar, India) is planning to invest $150 million to build a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin plant at Çorlu, Turkey, say local press reports. The plant will have a production capacity of 600,000 m.t./year. Construction of the plant will begin next month and it will be completed in two phases.
