PVC demand in Europe beats seasonal expectations

The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) market in Europe is balanced, with January demand better than expected for this time of year, according to IHS Chemical's latest Market Advisory Service: Europe Vinyl Weekly. Prices have remained stable at €1,000–1,030/m.t. ($1,366–1,407) del northwest Europe over the last four weeks, IHS Chemical data shows.
