Makhteshim Agan forms subsidiary in Lithuania

Makhteshim Agan (MAI), a global leader in crop protection solutions together with its 55% owned subsidiary Makhteshim-Agan Benelux & Nordic (Mabeno) today announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Vilnius, Lithuania called UAB Makhteshim-Agan Benelux & Nordic (UAB Mabeno).  The subsidiary will provide Mabeno with direct commercial access to the Lithuanian market and closer proximity to the needs of farmers in that region, MAI says.   "Our newly enlarged team will allow Mabeno to better serve our customers, and gain market...
