European Court upholds 2006 decision to fine Quinn Barlo for involvement in PMMA price-fixing cartel

The European Court of Justice (ECJ; Luxembourg) ruled to uphold a 2011 General Court (Luxembourg) ruling on a May 2006 European Commission decision to fine Quinn Barlo (Derrylin, UK) for its participation in a price-fixing cartel in the markets for polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in the European Economic Area between 1997 and 2002, ECJ announced.
