Teijin Aramid opens technical center at Shanghai

Teijin says that its Teijin Aramid (Arnhem, Netherlands) subsidiary has opened a new office and a technical center at Shanghai. The facility will play an important role in supporting Teijin Aramid’s customers and their applications in Asia, the company says. The technical center will focus on all Twaron, Technora, and Teijinconex applications; Twaron is a high-performance fiber, Technora is a para-aramid fiber, and Teijinconex is a metalinked aromatic polyamide fiber.
