Regions :: China Sinopec to acquire stake in Sibur's synthetic rubbers plant in Russia3:46 PM MDT | October 31, 2012 | Sotirios Frantzanas Sinopec has reached an agreement to purchase a 25% stake plus 1 share of Sibur's Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubbers Plant (KSRP) located in the Krasnoyarsk region, Russia. The agreement that was signed in presence of Sibur's CEO Dmitry Konov and Wang Tianpu, president of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, is subject to approval from Russian and Chinese regulatory authorities.
