Sibur and Sinopec Move Ahead with Synthetic Rubber JV in China

Sibur (Moscow) and Sinopec signed a cooperation agreement last week, which will form the basis for the creation of the previously announced joint venture for the production of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and isoprene rubber at Shanghai, China.
