Regions :: China Sabic to Invest $100 Million to Build Technology Center in China2:48 PM MDT | April 16, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh Sabic says it will invest $100 million to build a previously announced technology center at Kangqiao, east of Shanghai, China. The facility is expected to become operational in 2013. The company had first announced plans for the project in May 2011. The center will house about 400 employees and they will include over 200 scientists and engineers who will focus on research on advanced engineering plastics materials that can be used in various industries such as automotive, personal electronics, IT, alternative energy, building and construction, and infrastructure...
