PetroChina, Qatar Petroleum, and Shell Ink Agreement for World-Scale Project in China

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), parent of PetroChina; Qatar Petroleum International (QPI); and Shell signed an agreement this week to proceed with a previously announced $12.6-billion refinery and petrochemical complex at Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
