PPG signs technology agreement with Chinese TiO2 producer

PPG Industries has signed a technology license agreement with Henan Billions Chemicals (Henan, China) to provide Henan Billions the right to use PPG’s chloride-grade titanium dioxide (TiO2) manufacturing technology worldwide.
