Nexeo Solutions to Form JV in China

Chemicals and plastics distributor Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, TX) says it has agreed to form a joint venture in China with the shareholders of distributor Beijing PlasChem Trading Co. Existing supplier and customer relationships, inventory, and employees of Beijing PlasChem will be transferred to the jv and Nexeo will contribute capital as well as leverage its existing supplier and customer relationships.
