Linde Signs Gas Supply Deal with Samsung Electronics for TFT-LCD Project in China

Linde says that Linde LienHwa (Taipei, Taiwan), a joint venture between Linde and LienHwa MiTAC of Taiwan, has signed a long-term agreement with Samsung Electronics to supply gases for its latest 8.5 generation thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) manufacturing plant in the Suzhou Industrial Park at Suzhou, China.
