Japan launches antidumping investigation into TDI from China

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI; Tokyo) says that Japan has launched an antidumping investigation into imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) from China, following a complaint from Mitsui Chemicals. METI and the Ministry of Finance (Tokyo) received an application from Mitsui, on 17 December 2013, for the imposition of an antidumping duty on TDI imported from China, METI says.
