H.B. Fuller Completes Acquisition of Adhesives Manufacturer in Malaysia

H.B. Fuller says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of adhesives manufacturer Revertex Finewaters (Klang, Malaysia), a joint venture of Yule Catto (Harlow, U.K.) and Johor Corp. (Johor Bahru, Malaysia). The company had first announced its plans to acquire Revertex Finewaters in March. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
