Fluor Completes Construction of LDK Solar's Polysilicon Plant in China

Fluor Corp. said on Sunday that it has completed construction of a polysilicon plant for LDK Solar (Xinyu, China) at Xinyu City. The facility is the largest such production complex in the world, Fluor says. Fluor provided engineering, procurement and construction management services for the plant, which produces solar-grade silicon for the photovoltaic industry.
